Changes in life are most important to live your life and It’s possible to learn how to change your life and live your dreams.

I’ve made these important changes in my life for my better well-being whether that to be for my personal life, professional, or my sanity.

At some point in life, I understood that this was not what I wanted for myself and I’m not happy and just making others happy won’t help me to my good state of the place.

Here are some of the changes I have made in my life

1. Healthy Lifestyle

What is lifestyle? for everyone lifestyle means may be different but for me lifestyle I wanted where I should make time for my work as well as things I love and most importantly for myself.

In past, my priority was only my work that somewhere hampered my relationships with people, my social life, and also my health because my routine mostly looks like getting up to the office and sleep.

But, I realized this is not what y life should be then I have made some positive and healthy changes in life like the morning routine, planning, self-care and family time.

And, believe me, this helped with so much mental peace and lifestyle building.

2. Becoming Morning Person

Mornings are beautiful gives lots of new perspective about life and make life easy from rushed life.

Having a well-defined morning routine including reading, journal, workout, meditation, etc. makes a positive difference.

3. Quit Party

2020 made me realized that I was never a party person and as INTJ-T, I love my own space and always loved my own company.

And, to enjoy myself I don’t need noisy places with lots of strangers rather I can spend those time with my friends and family.

Finance is something everyone wants but don’t know much about it and it proved that if you can’t manage your money you can achieve your financial freedom.

And, you should know where and how your money coming and going so started learning more about investment, saving, stocks, and more financial aspect.

Finance is not something we were taught growing up at home or school nor in college, this is something you need to self-learn and self-research.

6. Value yourself and stop the judgment of others

Soon in your life, you will understand it was you who was there with you in all ups and downs, goods and bad so start prioritizing yourself over people who really don’t worth it.

I was a person who was influenced by people opinion and how they think and all worthless things but, soon after understood its ME that all matter.

7. Forgive and Forget

You cant change your past and you don’t know your future but you can only make things better when you accept your past and forgive and forget and move on.
